High-Impact Practices
A Seminar Series
In Spring 2023, the Student Success Center and Faculty Accelerator are offering a seminar series on “High-Impact Practices” for teaching in higher ed. Each seminar session draws from AAC&U’s evidence-based list of high-impact practices, and features UAF faculty panelists who will discuss how they use these practices in their courses. Participants who attend can expect practical advice for implementing these practices in their courses, as well as a chance to connect and collaborate with colleagues who share an interest in improving student learning at UAF. Questions? Contact Kendell Newman Sadiik (klnewman4@alaska.edu) or Jennifer Tilbury (jltilbury@alaska.edu).
